No General Refunds
Island Gorilla subscriptions are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals.
Technical Issue Exception
If a verified technical issue prevents normal use of Premium during the current billing month and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time, we may refund the current month. Prior months are not refunded.
